Since the founding days of Caribbean S.A in 1967 and Hotels Manila S.A. in 1968. The transformations the companies have undergone, to achieve what we know them as today, are immeasurable. The property ventured into the exploitation of various establishments, before settling into the Hotel business and the class of accommodation we know them to be today.

The properties developed various approaches, before finally deciding to keep them, in their current state. The objective was to give both hotels their very own trademarks, and maintain them in a league of their own.
